Tenth Amendment

Limiting the Size and Scope of Government

The Tenth amendment is the only surefire way the founders placed in the constitution which would safeguard the concept of a limited government. The federal government is a byproduct of the Constitution, not the other way around. The federal government’s powers are clearly enumerated for all three branches of government. Beyond that the government should adhere to the tenth amendment so we can self-govern our actions within the rule of law.
