PRESS RELEASE– Arizona Seeks an Outsider Alternative to McCain
Scottsdale, AZ – According to the latest political polls and election experts, the Senate race between John McCain and Ann Kirkpatrick is just getting tighter and tighter. For months polls have shown Kirkpatrick rising, so much that the two candidates now are in a statistical dead-heat. And recently, the Washington Post — which maintains an authoritative list of the most competitive Senate races – moved the Arizona race up a notch, meaning that of the 34 Senate seats to be decided in November, McCain is now considered to be the 8th mostly likely incumbent to lose.
Clearly, the people of Arizona are tired of the entrenched establishment policies of Senator John McCain, and if Republicans are to win this cycle, they must nominate a fresh face to be their standard bearer. Alex Meluskey, the small businessman challenging Senator John McCain for the U.S. Senate seat representing Arizona, has weighed in:
“The people of Arizona are sick and tired of the entrenched establishment republicans that have failed voters time and again,” said small businessman Alex Meluskey. “The latest polls showing John McCain in a statistical dead heat with the presumptive democratic nominee for Senate have proven that he’s a weak candidate for Republicans to nominate for this fall’s election. In a solidly conservative state like Arizona, electing a democrat for the seat would be unheard of. The people of Arizona are looking for an outsider to represent them in the United States Senate, and with the proven business experience we bring to the table, the choice is clear who can get the job done.”
Small businessman, radio host and FAIRtax champion Alex Meluskey is running a grassroots campaign to take on sitting U.S. Senator John McCain in the Arizona Republican Primary in the same vein as now-Congressman Dave Brat’s historic 2014 takedown of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. Mr. Meluskey is taking on the establishment in Washington, D.C. and an entrenched 5-term Senator at a time when America needs new ideas to solve our nation’s challenges.
